SENIORITY
Manager
About the role
- You've owned positioning end-to-end — not just executed someone else's narrative.
- You've led product launches
- You've marketed to B2B buyers with $150K+ ACVs and complex sales cycles, and understand how technical and C-suite buyers make decisions.
- You're comfortable in a technical conversation; a background in computer vision, ML infrastructure, or developer tools is a strong plus.
- You can write the deck, the landing page, the email, and the sales call script.
- You like working with sales and you know how to embed with the field, attend deal reviews, learn what's actually winning, and bring it back into marketing.
- You move fast across a lot of surfaces, take feedback from many people, and ship.
- Annual travel stipend to work alongside teammates in person
- Monthly productivity stipend (e.g., home internet, co-working space)
- Health insurance coverage up to 100% for employee and family/partner
- Equity in the company
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
