About the role

Project Manager – Contract Packaging We’re looking for a detail-oriented, solutions-driven Project Manager who thrives on ownership, collaboration, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. In this role, you’ll manage packaging projects from start to finish, serving as the central point of contact between customers, vendors, internal teams, and our outside sales representatives. You’ll keep projects moving smoothly, anticipate challenges before they arise, and ensure every customer feels confident, informed, and well taken care of.
What You’ll Do:
  • Manage multiple packaging projects from kickoff through completion
  • Collaborate closely with customers, vendors, and outside sales to align timelines, specifications, and expectations
  • Track details, schedules, materials, and deliverables to ensure accuracy and on-time execution
  • Identify potential issues early and apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to keep projects on track
  • Communicate clearly and proactively, providing updates and solutions—not surprises
  • Advocate for the customer while balancing operational realities
  • Deliver a truly great customer experience on every project
What We’re Looking For:
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • A natural problem solver and critical thinker who stays calm under pressure
  • Strong communicator who builds trust with customers and partners
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities at once
  • Collaborative mindset with a sense of ownership and accountability
  • Experience in project management, manufacturing, packaging, or related industries is a plus
Why Join Us: You’ll be part of a team that values execution, communication, and long-term relationships. If you take pride in doing things right, enjoy being the go-to person, and love delivering results that make customers come back, this role is for you.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
