About the role

JBS International seeks an ICWA Partnership and Implementation Lead to advance Tribe-State-Court collaborations and translate ICWA requirements into sustainable workflows and policies. You will work with state, county, tribal partners and CBP teams to plan, implement, and improve technical assistance activities. The role requires deep knowledge of ICWA, AFCARS, and child welfare systems, with strong facilitation, policy analysis, and data-informed decision making.
