We’re Hiring Bartenders! Full Time • Evenings & Weekends • Hourly + Tips True Standard Distilling is looking for bartenders who know how to create a great guest experience. If you love hospitality, cocktails, and connecting with people, we’d love to meet you. This role is about more than pouring drinks. Our bartenders help guide guests through tastings, lead distillery tours, and represent the brand both in our tasting room and at off-site events.
What You’ll Do: Craft cocktails and serve tasting flights Lead guests through distillery tours and tastings Guide guests through our spirits, cocktails, and production process Support special events, promotions, and guest experiences Help create a welcoming, polished atmosphere every shift What We’re Looking For 21+ years old Bartending or cocktail experience Experience in hospitality, bartending, retail, or other customer-facing roles Strong communication and people skills Reliable, professional, and hospitality-focused Must be available Friday, Saturday, & Sunday at least 3 weekends a month
Bonus Points: Alcohol Awareness and/or Serve Safe certification Coffee, barista, or hospitality background Passion for spirits and craft cocktails If you’re excited about hospitality and want to be part of a growing Frederick distillery, we’d love to hear from you.
