Key Responsibilities: Blueprint Review: Analyzing architectural drawings to calculate precise tile quantities (takeoffs). Specification Management: Identifying project-specific requirements to ensure every bid is flawless. Deadline Ownership: Managing multiple takeoff requests with a high sense of urgency and precision.
Qualifications: Attributes: Exceptional attention to detail.
Tech Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel). Communication: Strong professional written and verbal skills.
