About the role
Driving client engagement and market expansion, the full-time Transportation Market Growth Leader will develop and execute growth strategies for the North and South Carolina transportation markets, managing key client accounts and achieving annual sales goals, with a preference for candidates located within the geographical area and the option for remote work.
Key responsibilities:Develop and implement growth objectives and strategies for the assigned market sections, including client targeting and new service offerings
Lead client management efforts, including account planning, relationship development, and client-facing sales activities
Oversee business development activities such as lead generation, pursuit strategy, and market intelligence effortsRequired qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
12+ years of experience in business development and market strategy, including 5+ years in a senior role
Proven ability to lead market growth strategies in the AEC or professional services market
Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of sales processes
Experience in managing complex partnerships and cross-functional teams
