About the role

Piper Maddox is partnered with a growing renewable energy platform to identify an Associate, Investment & Capital Markets to join their team. This is a strong opportunity for someone with a background in project finance, investment banking, private equity, lending, or renewable energy development who wants broader exposure to the development and financing lifecycle.
What you'll be doing:
  • Build and optimize financial models across the Capital Markets function
  • Support project finance, debt, and tax equity transactions
  • Evaluate financing opportunities and support transactions through closing
  • Develop a deep understanding of project structures, development milestones, and the renewable energy lifecycle
  • Work closely with senior members of the investment and capital markets team What they're looking for:
  • Strong financial modeling skills
  • Experience with project finance, debt, tax equity, or renewable energy transactions
  • Understanding of capital structures and the capital stack
  • Experience across renewables, investment banking, PE, lending, or development
  • Senior Analysts ready to step into an Associate-level role are encouraged to apply
Compensation: $120K–$135K base + 30% bonus
