Job Description Job Description Drafter / Permit Expediter We are seeking a Architectural Drafter / Permit Expediter to become a part of our team! You will prepare detailed drawings and prepare permitting applications to submit to various agencies. Responsibilities: Prepare and CAD drawings for submittal Check all packages for alignment with agency requirements Review and modify drawings based on red line comments from agencies Provide timely updates for permitting completion and workload Coordinate with Project Manager and Staff on all jobs Qualifications: Previous experience with permit applications, permitting processes helpful Working knowledge of CAD and Revit and office related software Deadline and detail-oriented
