About the role
Vice President, Finance & Accounting - Data Center Development One of the leading data center developers in the United States have engaged Metric DCX, to support with the hire of Finance Leader. This organization has hyperscale customers, build-to-suit contracts and an incredible portfolio already being delivered, alongside a staggering development pipeline. In order to continue the rapid growth they've experienced over the last 2 years, they need a Vice President, Finance & Accounting with extensive knowledge and experience of joint ventures, project financing, executive-level reporting, and a genuine ability to operate strategically, not just execute. In exchange for delivering the above, you'll be part of one of the most exciting developers in the US, alongside receiving a market leading compensation package. I have far more detail on the organization, and the position itself, that would only be appropriate to share with applicants of relevance. Please apply directly, or send an email expressing your interest, with resume attached, to george.bacon@metric-search.com
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
