About the role
Turo is seeking a Staff Data Scientist to own pricing challenges across demand modeling, supply-demand dynamics, and causal inference. You will build and deploy models that influence host earnings and guest conversions in a two-sided marketplace, working with a small, high-impact team.
You will translate business problems into rigorous statistical frameworks, design experiments, and drive end-to-end modeling, experimentation, and iteration in production.
