About the role

USHG Home Office is seeking a Data and AI Engineer to own the data stack end-to-end, including AWS Redshift and an AI layer. You will partner with FP&A, Operations, and Marketing to deliver trusted reporting and insights. You will build ETL pipelines, design data models, monitor quality, and develop an internal analytics agent to answer questions in plain language. This is a hybrid role across two disciplines.
