About the role
Stream Realty Partners, L.P. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support operation and maintenance of building systems across properties.
You will work with the on-site team to ensure reliable HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related systems while delivering concierge-style service to partners. The role requires 1–2 years of commercial building operations experience, EPA Universal Certification within 90 days, and strong safety awareness.
