Back Senior Financial Analyst Financial Analyst Senior Fort worth , Texas Fort Worth:Fin/Acct/HR:Direct Hire Aug 3, 2026 Senior Financial Analyst We are seeking a hands-on, highly analytical Senior Financial Analyst to join a growing Finance team. This individual will serve as a trusted business partner, delivering financial reporting, forecasting, modeling, and strategic analysis that supports executive decision-making. This is a high-visibility individual contributor role for someone who enjoys solving complex business problems, building financial models, and transforming data into actionable insights. Responsibilities Perform in-depth financial and operational analyses to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and key business drivers, providing actionable recommendations to leadership. Support commercial and operational initiatives through financial analysis and performance measurement. Prepare recurring financial reporting and variance analysis (actual vs. budget, forecast, and prior year) with meaningful commentary on business performance. Build and maintain integrated financial models to support forecasting, capital investment decisions, and strategic initiatives. Assist with the annual budget, long-range planning, and rolling forecast processes using driver-based financial models. Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards, data models, and reporting solutions that improve visibility into business performance. Prepare executive-level presentations and reporting materials that clearly communicate financial results, trends, and recommendations. Support weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles with accurate and timely financial analysis. Partner cross-functionally with departments across the organization to evaluate business performance and support strategic initiatives. Perform ad hoc financial analyses and special projects as needed. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, business analytics, or a related analytical role. Advanced Excel skills, including experience building complex integrated financial models. Strong Power BI experience, including dashboard development, data modeling, and DAX. Advanced PowerPoint skills with the ability to create polished, executive-level presentations. Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings to senior leadership. Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Experience supporting a multi-entity or high-growth organization. Familiarity with SQL or other data querying tools. Experience working in a dynamic, data-driven business environment.
