About the role
General Labor PackerPries Enterprises is growing, and we're looking for a General Labor Packer to join our team! No previous experience required — we'll train you! If you're dependable, safety-minded, and enjoy working with your hands in a team environment, this could be a great opportunity to build your career in manufacturing. Available ShiftsWe offer a 2-2-3 schedule, giving you a consistent schedule with every other weekend off:3rd Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AMWhat You'll DoReceive instructions and work orders from the Machine Operator or Team Leader. Gather the tools and materials needed for each job, including paper, wood, racks, spacers, clamps, and other packing lift 50–75 lbs. with a partner. Operate an overhead crane to safely move finished products for defects such as deep scratches, bends, dents, bow, and flatness issues. Report product defects or concerns to the Team Leader. Pack and stack aluminum products according to production specifications, pack codes, and customer requirements. Ensure products are properly secured to prevent shifting or damage during handling and shipping. Report discrepancies to the Machine Operator and/or Team Leader. Hand stamp or stencil identifying information on cartons or shipping containers when required. Follow all safety policies, practices, and procedures. Report unsafe conditions or activities to the Team Leader and/or Safety Department. Maintain reliable and consistent attendance. Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe.
What We're Looking For:
No previous manufacturing experience required!
Dependable and reliable attendance.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Ability to safely lift 50–75 lbs. with a partner.
Willingness to learn and follow safety and production procedures.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
