Account Executive:
Join a growing team and take ownership of key relationships across the home, furniture, décor, textiles, and lifestyle markets. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional to build business, grow accounts, and make a meaningful impact. The Account Executive will manage existing wholesale and retail relationships while identifying new business opportunities, expanding distribution, and driving revenue growth. This role is ideal for someone with strong relationship-building skills, a proactive sales mindset, and a genuine interest in the home and lifestyle space.
What You Will Do:
Manage and grow relationships with key home, furniture, and lifestyle accounts.
Drive new business development through prospecting, outreach, and strategic account planning.
Identify opportunities to expand distribution, increase sales, and strengthen customer partnerships.
Present seasonal collections, new products, and brand initiatives to customers.
Develop account strategies that support revenue growth and long‐term client success.
Manage sales forecasts, orders, pricing, and account performance.
Partner with merchandising, product development, operations, and marketing teams.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and evolving customer needs.
Attend trade shows, market appointments, and customer meetings as needed.
Maintain accurate account information and provide regular sales reporting.
What You Bring2–5+ years of experience in Account Executive, Sales, Account Management, or Business Development roles.
Strong business development experience and a proven ability to open doors and grow revenue.
Experience within home, furniture, décor, textiles, lifestyle, wholesale, or retail preferred.
Strong presentation, communication, and relationship‐building skills.
Commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and drive results.
Highly organized, detail‐oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
Ideal Profile:
A relationship‐driven sales professional with strong business development skills, a deep understanding of the home market, and the ability to grow established accounts while creating exciting new opportunities.
