About the role

Working remotely in Arizona, the full-time Provider Advocate will serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare providers, resolving issues efficiently through calls and chats while navigating multiple systems and promoting digital self-service tools. Key responsibilities Advocate for providers by demonstrating accountability and ownership to resolve issues Manage provider interactions across multiple channels, including calls, chats, and emails Research and resolve complex prior authorization and claim issues to prevent repeat inquiries and enhance provider satisfaction Required qualifications High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience Must be 18 years of age or older 1+ years of customer service experience analyzing and solving customer concerns Experience with computer and Windows PC applications, including the ability to navigate new systems Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) with flexibility for varying shifts during business hours
