About the role

Technology Recruiting Solutions seeks a high-impact Plant Quality Leader to guide quality operations at a major automotive manufacturing site in Michigan. You will lead a Quality Engineering team, partner with Operations and Engineering, own quality initiatives, support new product launches, and ensure IATF 16949 compliance while strengthening customer relationships. Reporting to site leadership, you will drive continuous improvement, APQP/PPAP activities, and develop Quality Engineers.
