Role Description:
This is a full-time (part-time available as well), on-site role for a Licensed Optician located in the New York Metropolitan Area. The Licensed Optician will assist customers with frame and lens selection, conduct fittings, and ensure an excellent customer experience. Responsibilities include performing adjustments and repairs, managing inventory, staying knowledgeable about our product lines, and providing expertise in optics and optometry practices to meet customers’ visual needs. Full-time or Part-time position In-person role (must be available to work at our Lower East Side store)Collaborate closely with store associates, the operations team, and the store manager to deliver an exceptional in-store experience
Compensation: $30–$36 per hour + performance bonus
Bonus: Monthly team Customer Experience Incentive Bonus based on store performance

Qualifications:
Strong knowledge and skills in Optics and Optometry Experience with Eye Exams and related procedures Proven ability to deliver high-level Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction Familiarity with or certification/licensure as a Licensed Optician (required)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and the ability to make precise adjustments Experience in boutique retail or luxury eyewear is a plus
