Job Description:
The role involves providing comprehensive patient care in the specified specialty, collaborating with healthcare teams, and adhering to best practices in patient safety and quality care.
Responsibilities:
Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans.
Administer medications and therapies as prescribed.
Monitor and record patient progress, adjusting care plans as necessary.
