About the role

Safe Haven Security LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Account Creation Associate to work remotely. You will guide customers in selecting internet packages, enter account data, perform QA, and maintain confidentiality while supporting ADT services and installations. The role requires 2+ years of customer service, strong communication, multitasking, and a private work location with reliable high-speed internet. Training is provided and shifts run Mon–Sat 10am–10pm in a fast-paced environment.
