The Project Manager will oversee construction projects from initial estimation to final completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. This role in Hudson focuses on managing resources effectively while maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders. Client Details Our client has over 20 years in business operating across a diverse project portfolio in Southern New Hampshire. We are seeking a Project Manager to add to our team to continue to deliver high value and high quality projects to the region. Description Project Manager Prepare accurate project estimates, including labor, materials, and timelines. Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to meet project goals. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards. Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and manage expectations. Oversee project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders. Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
