About the role

Outpost Bio is hiring a Head of Business Development, Therapeutics to shape and close strategic deals in biotech and pharma, turning microbiome capabilities into paid, decision-relevant work. You will originate and close asset-level programs, define strategy, price studies, negotiate contracts, and build a scalable commercial operating system with the science and lab teams to deliver value for customers in the US and Europe. Base in Boston or London, with start soon.
