We combine thousands of technical questions and flashcards with AI-scored mock interviews, financial-modeling practice, and recruiting tools—all in one RoleWe are looking for a driven, competitive intern to help build and execute IBFlash’s go-to-market strategy. • Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to the product team
  • Help develop repeatable sales processes as IBFlash scales
What We’re Looking For:
  • Current undergraduate or graduate student
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Competitive, resourceful, and comfortable with rejection
  • Able to work independently and follow through consistently
  • Interested in technology, startups, sales, or high finance
  • Familiarity with investment-banking recruiting is strongly preferred
  • Previous sales experience is helpful but not required
What You’ll Gain:
  • Direct experience building a startup’s go-to-market engine
  • Training in prospecting, outbound sales, pipeline management, and closing
  • Close access to the founders and meaningful responsibility from day one
  • Quantifiable results you can discuss in future interviews
  • Potential opportunity to continue with IBFlash based on performance

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
