About the role

Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a field-ready laborer to support paving, grading, pipe installation and other site work across our Pennsylvania projects. You will operate small tools and equipment, maintain a clean work area, and follow all safety policies. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and ability to lift 50 lbs. Shifts include day, night, and weekends depending on construction contracts.
