About the role
Wespath seeks a dedicated Outsourced Conference Benefits Officer to manage client Wespath-sponsored benefit programs and provide consultative service to plan sponsors. You will guide clergy and participants, oversee enrollment, transitions, and retirements, and partner with conference leadership to improve service delivery. Hybrid role with in-office Wednesdays, travel up to 30% domestically, and opportunities for education through webinars and events.
