Head of Payer Solutions

Leading the payer product portfolio, the full-time Head of Payer Solutions will own the product strategy and roadmap, manage a team of product managers, and collaborate with engineering, data science, and go-to-market teams in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Define and own the end-to-end strategy for the payer solution, focusing on AI applications across various operational areas Build and own the go-to-market plan, targeting segments and developing proof points to convert payer CXOs from interest to signed deals Work with cross-functional teams to ensure product development aligns with market needs and maintain accountability for key business metrics Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in product, strategy, or general management with a proven track record of launching new products or businesses Entrepreneurial mindset with P&L responsibility and experience consulting with payer clients on growth strategies Demonstrated ability to personally pitch, negotiate, and close deals with senior executives Payer domain fluency in areas such as risk adjustment, quality management, and value-based care economics Experience building and leading high-performing, cross-functional teams from inception
