About the role

Anywhere Real Estate is seeking an experienced HR Technology professional to partner on Oracle HCM Cloud, optimize HR systems, and drive automation and AI-enabled innovations across the employee lifecycle. You will collaborate with the People Operations team to implement solutions, manage the HR technology roadmap, ensure data integrity and compliance, and lead release activities for Oracle updates.
