About the role

Company Description: Delis Counseling Group, LLC is a locally owned, growing mental health practice in Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin. We provide practical, compassionate counseling for children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families through in-person and telehealth appointments. Our approach is “Honest
  • Useful
  • Real.” We offer an inclusive, LGBTQ+ affirming environment and are committed to expanding access to mental health care in rural communities. With a dedicated office building, a growing clinical team, school-based services, and developing community partnerships, we offer opportunities for therapists to build their clinical interests and contribute to meaningful local work.
Role Description: We are seeking a Wisconsin LPC or LPC-IT to join our team, with flexible scheduling and opportunities to build a caseload. The position is based at our Wisconsin Rapids office and includes in-person care, with telehealth appointments available. Therapists may work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, or families according to their training, experience, and interests. We are particularly interested in candidates who enjoy working with children and families. Clinicians do not need to specialize in every population we serve. Responsibilities include conducting intake assessments, developing and updating treatment plans, providing therapy, completing clinical notes within 24 hours, and coordinating care when appropriate. Team members are expected to communicate consistently, maintain current schedules, and participate in clinical consultation or supervision. We provide clinical supervision for LPC-ITs and a collaborative environment for both new and experienced clinicians. Opportunities to participate in school-based services, groups, and community programming may also be available.
Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in counseling or a related field that meets Wisconsin LPC licensure requirements.
  • Active Wisconsin LPC or LPC-IT license.
  • Ability to provide therapy within your training and scope of practice.
  • Strong assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic relationship skills.
  • Commitment to inclusive, ethical, and client-centered care.
  • Dependable communication, organization, and follow-through.
  • Ability to complete timely documentation and maintain a consistent schedule.
  • Willingness to collaborate, participate in supervision or consultation, and continue developing clinical skills.
  • Experience or interest in working with children and families is especially welcome.
How to Apply: Please submit your résumé and a brief introduction describing your clinical interests, preferred client populations, and availability to deliscounselinggroup@gmail.com.Learn more at www.deliscounseling.com.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
