- Enterprise Program Management
- Own operational oversight of enterprise, MSP, and VMS partnerships
- Manage client requirements, compliance obligations, audits, reporting, and policy changes
- Ensure operational readiness across onboarding, extensions, offboarding, and contractor management
- Identify opportunities to optimize program performance and billing structures

- Create and maintain a centralized source of truth for client requirements, policies, and operational processes
- Standardize workflows, documentation, and training materials across the business

- Partner with leadership to improve visibility, accountability, and scalability

- Drive continuous improvement in data capture, system integration and reporting processes
- Own operational data across various platforms, ensuring accuracy, integrity, completeness and consistency
- Maintain a centralized, reliable source of truth for key operational information
- Develop reporting and actionable insights to support strategic decisions and improve business performance
