About the role
- Own financial planning, modeling and forecasting for the company
- Model the economics of our deals: interchange, acquiring fees, payment flows and redemption margins
- Help shape pricing and commercial terms with bank and fintech clients
- Join executive-level client meetings and dinners, and build strong relationships with bank leaders
- Build the finance stack and processes using AI tools from day one
- Prepare the company for its next stage of growth (Miami office, new markets, future capital options)
- What We’re Looking For5‑8 years in investment banking or private equity, ideally now moving into (or already in) tech
- Strong financial modeling skills
- Good understanding of the payments industry (interchange, acquiring fees, payment flows)AI‑native: you use AI tools every day in your work, not just occasionally
- Fully bilingual in Spanish and English
- Great people skills: comfortable in front of C-level bank executives
- Based in the Americas (Miami, US East Coast or LATAM preferred)
- Open to relocating to Costa Rica
- Experience in fintech, banking or loyalty
- Location & TravelRemote within the Americas (Miami, East Coast or LATAM preferred)
- Travel to Costa Rica or Miami 1-2 times per month
- CompensationNorth America: around $250K baseLATAM: around $150K base
