About the role

Ford Motor Company is seeking a Technical Expert - Static and Dynamic Sealing to ensure sealing functions in powertrain components are delivered with mitigated risks. You will publish design requirements for gaskets, seals, o-rings, and flanges, and address sealing failures from testing or warranty analysis. You will lead technical reviews, coach engineers globally, and own warranty spend. The role involves CAE tools, DFMEA/PFMEA, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize manufacturing
