About the role
- Manage relationships with all internal and external parties in order to determine the specifications of the project, resolve conflict, and support success. Update Construction Schedule based on team's input
- Assist in management of project permit process
- Assist in preparation of proposals and procurement
- Assist with tracking and processing of all project invoices
- Ability to read drawings and specifications
- Communicate contractors regarding schedules and conflicts and diligently follow up to resolve problems
- Participate in project meetings and issue meeting minutes
- Participate in the review of project cost incurred and in cost projecting
- Identify, communicate and resolve design-drawing conflicts that arise during pre-construction; construction and coordinate findings with team members
- Prepare and submit required project documents including new contracts with contractors, project schedules, material requirements, daily reports, etc. Regularly confer with supervisors to monitor and report on compliance, quality, and productivity. Compile charts and graphs for project reporting
- Develop and proactively carry out the project safety and infection prevention plans (ILSM and ICRA)
- Oversee all aspects of the Procore networking platform
- Administer Procore system setup for new projects and configuration including create custom forms for new projects and maintain current projects. Manage all relevant construction documentation through Procore
- Perform administrative and analytical functions related to assigned construction technology tools, such as Procore, Strata Jazz, Bluebeam, and other systems as assigned
- Oversee a team of construction professionals with respect to their usage of Procore
- Miscellaneous project support (mailing, scanning, tracking, etc.)
- Performs all aspects of document control
