About the role

IQVIA is seeking a Project Lead to oversee District Managers and a team of Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives. This remote role, based in the United States, will ensure execution of contractual obligations and manage personnel and administrative requirements across IQVIA and client teams. You will drive project plans, monitor KPIs, coordinate stakeholders, and oversee HR actions while ensuring seamless collaboration across IQVIA and client organizations. Travel may be required.
