Hours: Various on-site shifts available.
Position Responsibilities: Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology. Communicate with customers over phone, email and chat. Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering. Become a product and solutions expert! We'll equip you to answer product, pricing and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degreepreferred. Prior customer service experience isa plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers! Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.
