Job TitleLead punch list activities across residential units and common areas. Coordinate subcontractors, MEP partners, and finishing crews. Track deficiencies, complete inspections, and ensure timely closeout. Support project teams with scheduling, reporting, and quality assurance. Maintain safe, organised, and productive project environments.The Successful Applicant5+ years of superintendent, assistant superintendent, or punch list leadership experience. Experience on multifamily, condominium, hospitality, or luxury residential projects. Strong knowledge of MEP coordination and closeout processes. Comfortable taking a hands-on approach when required. Experience with Procore and OSHA certification preferred.What's on OfferSalary: $85,000 - $120,000 + bonus. Health insurance, 401(k), vehicle allowance, and technology package.
