We are seeking an accomplished Sales Manager with deep experience in commercial printing or related graphic communications industries. The ideal candidate has a strong network, proven revenue-growth results, and the leadership ability to build a professional sales team from the ground up. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the autonomy to lead, innovate, and shape a company's sales culture while working alongside an owner who supports strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and lead the company's sales strategy across all service lines Identify new revenue channels and high-value client opportunities Establish and track KPIs, CRM usage, and forecasting routines Collaborate with production managers to align capacity with growth Increase revenue and improve profitability through cross-selling and upselling Qualifications 5+ years of sales leadership experience in commercial printing, promo products, mailing, packaging, or wide-format signage Strong understanding of B2B print sales, estimating, production workflows, and customer life-cycle management Proven track record of increasing revenue and developing high-performing sales teams Existing industry relationships or book of business strongly preferred Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills CRM experience Why Join Us?
