What You'll Do: Welcome customers and provide exceptional service Process deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions accurately Open new accounts and help customers find the right banking solutions Build relationships and connect customers with products and services that fit their needs Answer questions, solve problems, and support branch operations Balance your cash drawer and assist with vault balancing Support teammates and help create a positive branch culture Follow security procedures and maintain customer confidentiality

Qualifications: Education/Experience/Licenses/Certifications High School Diploma or recognized equivalent required 1+ years of customer service experience required Experience in retail sales preferred Experience in a professional financial environment preferred Cash handling and transactional experience preferred
