Customer Account Coordinator – NW Houston$20/hr | Temp-to-Hire | Monday–Friday | Office-BasedWe're looking for a strong customer service professional who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, and making sure customers get what they were promised. Once an order is finalized, you'll take over as the customer's main point of contact, coordinating with customers, installers, the warehouse, and internal teams to keep everything on track through delivery and You'll DoManage customer accounts and serve as the primary contact after the sale Coordinate delivery and installation details with customers and internal teams Keep customers informed and handle questions, changes, and issues Track order details and updates in the company system Manage multiple orders at different stages and follow through to completion
What We're Looking For:
  • 3+ years of customer service, account support, order management, or similar experience
  • Experience supporting customers after the sale strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a "make it happen" mentality
  • Takes ownership and follows through from start to finish
  • Comfortable juggling multiple customers and changing priorities
  • Strong Outlook and general computer skills
