Legal Support Specialist Join a well-established litigation team supporting attorneys and paralegals working in intellectual property litigation a fast-moving, high-stakes area of law where precision and follow-through matter. Responsibilities:
Draft pleading and discovery documents, including master captions, shell notices, declarations, and proposed orders
Coordinate electronic filing and service of documents across applicable jurisdictions, including courtesy and chambers copies
Arrange court reporters and videographers for depositions and hearings, and assist with deposition exhibit preparation
Maintain timekeepers' calendars and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts on litigation deadlines
Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and reimbursements in accordance with firm accounting guidelines
Qualifications Required
4+ years of administrative support experience in a law firm or legal department, preferably in litigation
Ability to reach proficiency in Microsoft Office, iManage, and other firm applications after orientation
Preferred
Ability to navigate and interpret legal procedures and terminology
Bachelor's degree or business college certificate
