About the role
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bilingual required - preferably Spanish
- Retail or customer experience preferred Knowledge:
- Friendly and approachable personality
- Strong communication skills in both languages
- Comfortable discussing product features and pricing
- Basic computer and POS system knowledge
- Team-oriented and dependable
- Willingness to learn about jewelry and merchandise Physical Requirements:
- Stand or sit (stationary position) 20% of day
- Walk (move, traverse) 80% of day
- Use hands/fingers to handle or feel (operate, activate, use, prepare, inspect, place, detect, position) 100% of day
- Talk/hear (communicate, detect, converse with, discern, convey, express oneself, exchange information) 100% of day Lifting Requirements
