About us: C&C Children's Wear is a 40+ year family-run U.S. distributor of premium and luxury European children's brands — including Mar Mar Copenhagen, Wheat, Elisabetta Franchi, Ermanno Scervino, Twinset Girl, 1+ in the Family, Roberto Cavalli Junior, North Sails, and more across our 18-brand portfolio — selling to 600+ boutiques nationwide. The role: We're hiring a Associate, Wholesale Operations to anchor sales operations from our NYC corporate showroom. You'll report to SVP Sales & Boutique Management, and serve as a shared operations function across the sales organization - supporting both our boutique sales team and our department-store/new-business division — working closely with Logistics, Accounts Receivable, and our warehouse team. What you'll own: Support sales leadership with all sales operational tasks Build pricelists and linesheets; manage B2B platforms including our transition to NuOrder Communicate daily with European vendors on product management — from order through import, production confirmation, and PO creation for Logistics and AR billing Partner with our Logistics Director on the order-to-implementation handoff Create and control shipping documents; track incoming samples; issue credits for returns
What we're looking for: 1–3 years' experience in wholesale operations or a related field, with the drive to help scale a growing operationA motivated, organized, detail-obsessed task master Strong Excel and computer skills; Adobe/Photoshop/Illustrator a plus Associate degree required Able to work independently, juggle priorities, and collaborate across teams
