Human Resources Generalist – Roseland, NJI’m currently recruiting for a new HR Generalist opportunity with a prestigious national law firm in Roseland, NJ.This is a great opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys being hands-on and working closely with a Senior HR Manager across a broad range of HR functions. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in areas such as:• Employee relations and HR support• Recruiting and onboarding• Benefits and HR administration• HR policies and compliance• Maintaining employee records and HR systems• Supporting day-to-day HR initiatives and projects We’re looking for someone who is organized, approachable, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling confidential information while working in a fast-paced environment.📍 Roseland, NJ🏢 Hybrid — Monday & Friday remote; Tuesday–Thursday in office🕘 Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM💰 $90,000–$105,000📌 Full-time | Non-exempt📈 New position reporting to the Senior Manager of Human Resources If you're an experienced HR Generalist looking for a new opportunity, please send your resume for consideration.
