Your work directly unblocks deals and shapes how the market sees us." — Duco, Co-founderSince your role will rarely fit a job description, we only wrote a crisp overview.What You'll Be DoingDesign sales decks, one-pagers, comparison charts, and deck templates that help close enterprise deals.Produce LinkedIn visuals - graphics, templates, and supporting assets - that make our copy land.Build hero images, section graphics, and supporting visuals for duna.com and landing pages.Make icons, illustrations, and infographics for white papers, blog posts, and long-form content.Turn complex ideas into diagrams and charts that clarify rather than decorate.What We're Looking For3–6 years of professional experience — You care about speed and taste, and you love to executeA producer, not a perfectionist — You move and ship fastAdobe mastery — Experience in Adobe SuiteFigma fluency — Comfortable designing abstract of interfaces for the webCurious about AI — You're actively testing AI design tools and finding where they speed you up.Taste within constraints — You can design within existing brand guidelines without needing to reinvent themSelf-directed executor and strong learning mindset — excelling in fast-moving environments and proactive in continuous learningCollaborative energy — excited to work closely with founders, GTM and product
