Operations Manager

ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage all daily operational functions including opening and closing procedures, cash management, and store readiness. Ensure consistent execution of company operational standards, visual merchandising guidelines, and brand presentation. Lead coordination of store scheduling, floor coverage, and task delegation to maximize productivity and service levels. Manage the store's physical environment, including safety compliance and maintenance requests. Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) as needed, making real-time decisions to support the business and team.RequirementsMinimum of 5+ years of retail operations management experience Proficiency in inventory management software, SAP, and Excel Knowledge of RFID system is a plus Strong understanding of retail inventory management, POS systems, and back-of-house operations Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Core Competencies Demonstrates extensive experience in retail operations management, focusing on inventory management, cash management, and compliance with operational standards.
