About the role

To support a growing finance function, the full-time Financial Planning & Analysis Associate will build and scale financial analytical intelligence capabilities, translating raw data into actionable insights while collaborating across the organization in a remote environment. Key responsibilities: Conduct deep-dive analyses into business performance and develop predictive models to inform strategic priorities Design and implement scalable data analytics frameworks and reporting tools for real-time business performance visibility Collaborate with senior leadership to address key business questions and deliver data-driven recommendations for decision-making Required qualifications: 4-8 years of experience in FP&A, financial data analytics, or business intelligence Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field Hands-on technical expertise with a focus on building solutions and leveraging AI tools Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders through compelling insights Strong collaborative approach with experience working across finance, sales, operations, and technology teams
