$18/hr The Outbound Sales Representative is responsible for conducting outbound sales calls within a healthcare-focused outsourced services environment, engaging prospective patients or members to drive enrollment and program participation. This role combines a sales-oriented approach with healthcare program knowledge to identify prospect needs, address objections, and convert outreach into enrollments. What does a day in the life of an Outbound Sales Representative look like? Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective patients or members using a power dialer or similar outbound calling technology Engage prospects in sales-oriented conversations focused on driving enrollment and program participation Educate prospects on healthcare program benefits, eligibility requirements, and enrollment processes Identify prospect needs and address objections to convert outreach efforts into successful enrollments Accurately document call outcomes, prospect information, and enrollment status in the CRM system Meet or exceed individual and team enrollment targets and performance-based incentive goals Follow compliance and regulatory guidelines applicable to healthcare outreach and enrollment activities Collaborate with team leads and account stakeholders to refine outreach scripts and improve conversion rates Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare program offerings, enrollment criteria, and industry regulations Adapt quickly to evolving program requirements, scripts, and processes in a fast-paced, startup-minded environment Adhere to company policies and procedures Meet or exceed performance targets for related KPIsContinuously improve knowledge of healthcare enrollment processes, sales techniques, and industry best practices through training and learning initiatives Collaborate with other departments as needed Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers and colleagues at all times What are the required qualifications of an Outbound Sales Representative?2+ years of customer-facing support experience Minimum of one (1) to two (2) years of experience in outbound sales, telesales, or a healthcare enrollment role within an outsourced services environment Strong sales orientation, with the ability to engage prospects in persuasive, needs-based conversations Comfortable working in a performance- and incentive-driven environment, with a results-oriented mindset Experience with outbound dialer technology and CRM systems for call tracking and enrollment documentation Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with prospective patients or members Working knowledge of healthcare enrollment processes, eligibility requirements, or related program guidelines, a plus Strong adaptability, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and adjust quickly to changing scripts or program requirements Ability to operate as an extension of the client's team, maintaining professionalism and alignment with client expectations Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to address prospect objections and concerns effectively Preferred qualifications Genesys exp/knowledge (power dialer)If you are interested, you can access your instant interview here: https://alpharun.com/i/czg-R2HHG4w2vfiWpktJj
