About the role
Chicanos Por La Causa, Inc. is seeking an HR Generalist to partner with assigned programs and leaders, delivering employee relations expertise, policy interpretation, culture program execution, and workforce insights to strengthen organizational effectiveness. You will manage employee relations matters, conduct workplace investigations, support termination decisions, and drive engagement initiatives, while collaborating with leaders to improve the employee experience and provide timely reporting.
