About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to support the continued growth and management of our Commercial Auto insurance program. This role will provide exposure to underwriting, program management, regulatory research, portfolio analysis, and business development while also supporting technology and process improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities: Support the expansion of the Commercial Auto program into new states, including product and rate filings, rate analysis, and regulatory research. Assist with program management activities, including underwriting guideline development, portfolio analysis, and performance monitoring. Work with MGAs, brokers, and other business partners on underwriting matters, program operations, and new business opportunities. Assist with developing and improving processes, systems, and workflows. Participate in data, AI, and automation initiatives designed to improve efficiency and program performance. Support special projects and other responsibilities as assigned by management.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or higher.2+ years of Commercial Auto insurance experience preferred. Strong work ethic, integrity, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility. Ability to work effectively with management, collaborate with a team, and handle assignments independently. English proficiency required; Korean bilingual skills preferred. Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, and Power Point. This is an opportunity to develop broad experience within Commercial Auto insurance, with exposure to program management, underwriting, regulatory requirements, analytics, business partners, and emerging technology initiatives.
