About the role
To establish Creative Production as a core capability within Brand Creative, the full-time Executive Producer, Brand Creative will lead production across ambitious campaigns and projects while building systems and networks to enable exceptional creative work, with options for remote work within Canada or the United States.
Key responsibilities
Own production across Brand Creative campaigns, managing priorities, staffing, budgets, timelines, and risk for multiple initiatives
Personally lead ambitious campaigns and projects from concept through delivery across various media formats
Build and lead a network of agencies, directors, and freelancers to expand production capacity while maintaining high standards
Required qualifications
Significant experience in leading complex, multidisciplinary creative production and managing large-scale campaigns
Deep production experience across film, photography, motion, and digital brand work
Strong financial and operational judgment, including budgeting and forecasting skills
Proven track record of building production systems and capabilities
Exceptional communication and partnership skills across creative teams and external partners
