We're looking for a Part-Time Retail Store Specialist who can wow customers with exceptional customer service and support daily store operations in El Paso West, TX. Just good people working together to help hardworking customers stay safe on the job.This part-time position is scheduled for approximately 25–30 hours per week.What You'll DoProvide friendly, knowledgeable customer service while helping customers select safety footwearLearn product lines and explain features, fit and benefits to customersLearn and use Aetrex Foot Scanning Technology to help customers optimize fitProcess sales transactions, including cash and credit card payments using POS systems and mobile checkout toolsLook up customer information, purchase history and program details within company systemsMaintain clean, organized and fully stocked showroom displays while supporting visual merchandising initiativesMerchandise incoming inventory and assist with inventory management and product organizationSupport local store growth through outreach, marketing and customer engagement effortsAssist with store operations and administrative support tasks as neededHelp create a positive, team-oriented store environment as a valued retail team memberCross-train in other administrative office duties, ordering supplies, receiving mail, etc.Other duties as assigned.What We're Looking ForAt least 9 months of retail sales or customer service experienceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsFriendly, dependable and customer-focused attitudeAbility to stay organized and manage multiple responsibilitiesComfortable learning new systems and technologyAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamExperience handling cash and credit card transactions accuratelyAbility to learn and use our retail operating systems (Navision)SchedulePart-time positionApproximately 25–30 hours per weekCompensation & Benefits401(k) plan with 50% employer match on the first 6% of employee base payPTO is available after 90 days, accrued at 1 hour of PTO for every 30 hours workedStable, long-term career opportunities with room for growth and advancementSupportive, team-oriented work environmentCross-training and development opportunities across departmentsAbout Saf-GardWe've been in the safety footwear business for more than 40 years.
